The project takes place at the merging point of Downtown Brooklyn and Brooklyn Heights. The surface of the apartment is about 630 sqft. The space was spacious enough to transform it into a one debroom but the clients knew what they wanted. Their vision was to keep the space as a large studio. They asked John to find the adequate solutions through the design to define the different spaces that will impact their way of experiencing the apartment everyday.
